1. Remove labels from cans of various sizes.
2. Wash, dry, then spray the cans with primer.
3. Allow to dry.
4. Spray primed cans with desired colors.
5. Tape off areas for striping and paint stripes or stripe by hand;
6. Let dry.
7. Using a stenciling sponge, make polka dots along the stripes or tops of cans;
8. Let dry.
9. Spray cans with clear-coat sealer.
